It's Ridetastic Wednesday!

The word is that Beverly trails are in FAIR condition. Get your bike out and head to Beverly for a group ride. I'm gonna try to make it, so should you.

I was not prepared for the possibility of Beverly being ridable tonight and thus have no bike, beer, riding clothes, or gumption to go to Beverly tonight. The 2BTT will continue next week, weather provided of course.

I was in the same boat. Then after having to work a little late, I just lost all my get-up-and-go and decided to stay home and chillax. Next week, I'll have fresher legs for the 2BTT.

Pretty sure there is a penalty for fresh legs on the 2BTT. Incriminating evidence?

Fresh legs are really relative. Considering I carry a little pony keg around my 6-pack (for protection of the mythical 6-pack), when I say fresher legs, I really mean I've been taking time to drink more beer, which should be worth more points than not. That's gotta be worth at least a 10 second bonus, right?

EDIT: Or if anyone else has a 18-19" frame this guy can ride. mine are 21"+ but that is still better than nothing.

Got word from Stumpy that his grill will be in attendance, but that he is low on propane; there should be some in the trailer, however.

Sweet! I have a tank in my rig as well, so we should be covered.

Lots of kids out there last night! Thanks everyone for bringing supplies, running the grill, helping adjust the kiosk skinny, etc. Lot of teamwork going on to keep the good times rolling.

Right on!!! Sorry I had to bolt early. Wife asked me to come home since she'd been at home with a sick kid all day.

I loaded up the bike gear this morning thinking I'd hit Bev on the way home. Figured my best chance of riding for the week. Then I saw the Sugar sign turn green and I headed out there. Rode alone but some familiar faces in the parking lot. Just how I like it.

Garasaki, do you work in CR? I have the tools for you but won't be at Beverly tomorrow.

Yes sir...Sugar was a good time last night. I'm glad I got out, because tonight I'm not gonna make it to Beverly. Sucks, but that's life.
