Nice! thanks for taking pictures. For anyone that is wondering what the pile of rocks is for... It's a secret. Ditchdigger trail is roughed in right now, but could be ridden once it dries up a bit. It isn't completely finished, still needs some detailing but go ride it!

Keepin' on keepin' on with top down incremental improvements to DitchDigger...
Image

Only gonna get better and better and better...

Running water on site!
Image

Heavy and consistent rains made it almost unnecessary...

A stocked cooler is always necessary, however...

crrimsom and Ken worked very hard on this dirt and clay berm & when it dries out it will be sweeeeeeet 8)
Here is Ken & crrimson admiring all their back-breaking work up to that point.

crrimson took a couple pictures to show some progression from the rough molding to a finished masterpiece

DitchDigger needs love, and that love should take place soon for a few reasons...

1 - Adding both way flow to this unique section of Beverly = fun riding.
2 - Completion of DitchDigger west would alleviate two-way traffic for events (think July 1 mtb race).

We'll need dirt, we'll need workers, we'll need test riders, and a whole lotta stuff to get this done / open.

Was thinking of this weekend but opening Squaw is a better place for our limited resource right now, stay tuned...

Same old story for me, working late. I could be out later of course if anyone is still out there.

Post work 5-ish until dark... mostly in DitchDigger area but depending on how things go, could get it elsewhere as well...

Thanks everyone for coming out on the holiday, working and supporting the cause; great day!

Made some serious head way on DitchDigger, going to be a very fun trail!

Got to hang out and do some riding as well, family-style.

I took no pictures but I believe others did...

The reroute and new berms are awesome. It definitely speeds that trail up.

Here's pictures of some of the hard workers and supporters of the Memorial Day efforts.
Great job everyone! Things like this take time and every little bit helps. It is getting pretty cool.

Thanks CG for the photos, and everyone for the great work day. The trail keeps getting better and better, and thanks to Ken for helping get all this dirt out there, this was the plan last year, glad it's becoming a reality.
