12-27-11 Conditions

Thomas is currently in excellent condition
It seems to be dry regardless of temperatures right now.
A few trees have been cut out of the way; so w/ dry and clear trails, go ride.
There is always someplace in the world dry enough for kick'n up a little dirt.

I concur. I've been sneaking out for some quick rides. Can't tell ya how nice it is to have this trail so close to home.

Do you know if the Boyson trail is dry enough to ride over to Thomas? I might ride over one of these nights if I can work it out in my schedule.
When I was a kid, I rode bikes. Now I ride bikes and act like a kid. Some things never change.

Some parts can be damp and squishy, but I just ride on the edge or in the grass in those areas.

It has been each day except for Monday the 26th. Today I'd expect it to be damp until after 8pm. Last night I rode it at around 8:30pm and it was goooooood. Thomas was goooooooooood. Love the new section. Glad to have gears for that spot.

Pretty squishy today, up in the woods and the multi-trail below.

Was that you up there with your lights the other night? I was driving and saw some lights, pulled into the lot and flashed mine a few times.

Certainly could have been. I've ridden at night a few times in the last week.
