New Ride 4 Me?

New Ride 4 Me?

Postby Crank Addict » Tue Nov 18, 2008 4:43 pm

I'm leaving for Colorado on Friday and it turns out my Yeti has some unexpected frame damage. I need a decent Large frame ride in time foir the trip. Mostly interested in full suspension. Hopefully not costing an arm and a leg.

Thanks Cole, but I don't think that will work out for this trip. No time to build.

Giant AC1 circa 2002

I have a 2002 Giant AC1 that I would part with for $900 sans pedals. it is more of a long travel bike than an all mountain or XC (4.5"-6" adjustable rear travel). But I'm not sure what you are looking for. It is a very versatile bike, but not the most efficient when it comes to pedaling up hill.
-Marzochi Shiver SC Fork
-XTR/XT mix of components with LX rapid fire shifters
-Rhino Lite rims w/ XT hubs
-Currently 2x9 drivetrain w/ bash ring, but I have the big ring and an extra chain guide if single front is desired.
-Race Face Crank
-Titec Berserker Saddle
-ODI lock-on Grips
-Hayes Hydraulic Disc Brakes

May not be at all what your looking for, but I just thought I would throw it out there.
