New Baby

New Baby

Postby Crank Addict » Sat May 31, 2008 9:27 am

Sarah had some complications to her prgenancy (preeclampcia) and she needed to deliver the baby early. She wasn't due until Sept., so baby is super tiny!

Born 5/29/08 at 5:01 AM
Lily Marcine Patterson
1lb. 8oz
12 inches

Mom is doing very well and Lily is doing good for a baby deliverd at 25 weeks.

If anyone has a bike that will fit her properly please let me know.

Dude congrats. We're all pulling for her.

Does that mean you won't be on the ride today? :)

I have seen those little bikes that used quarters for wheels. She might be too big for that so like going from a 26" to a 29" we'll mod it to use Susan B. Anthony coins.

That looks like it's about the right size. At first glance I don't understand how the drivetrain works... it must be internal. :)

Thanks guys for sending Lily all the good vibes and for your thoughtfulness. We're in good shape in terms of help with a lot of family nearby, but thanks again for the offers.

Sarah is being released from the hospital tomorrow and I hope to see you all soon.

Crazy -25 weeks. Like everyone else has said, let me know if there is something me and mine can help, especially since we are around the corner. Little twin relief - we often head over to Guthridge . . .

Thanks again for all the kind words and offers. Hey Chuck, I'd join you guys at the park some time. The twins and I went for a bit tonight...

Anyhow, I just wanted to let you all know that Lily is kicking butt. She has a new website with details on how she is doing and her latest pictures...
