Just an update...

Marion is on board :D :!:

They were very impressed w/ our Beverly trails when I took them for a hike. Now I am just waiting for them to finalize where they are going to put the multipurpose trail, so we will know what land to work with/around.

It's great Marion is on board for trails.

Be aware that a "multi-purpose trail" has various connotations (some that are legal and concern access for the disabled) and may not be the same as you would expect as single track for mountain biking.

One won't have anything to do w/ the other if all goes well. The multipurpose trail would be separate from the mtbking trail. The only thing it should affect is what land is left and available to develop trails on.

Update...

The trail designer/engineer for Marion is suppose to be wrapping up his layout of the crushed limestone trail very soon.

Once that is completed, we should be able to find out what land remaining could be developed as Mtbking and hiking trails. I keep you posted as I find out more :P
